Self-Build Plots
Your architect, your parcela, your rules — we join at drawing stage and design the whole system in.
The best heat pump systems are never bolted on afterwards — they're drawn into the project while it's still on paper. We plan and install aerotermia for obra nueva, self-build plots and villa upgrades across the Valencia area: underfloor heating, cooling, hot water and the pool, all fed by one machine that was sized for your house before the foundations were poured. Fixed written quote up front, 2-year workmanship warranty at the end.
Aerotermia Obra Nueva · Aerotermia Chalet
On a finished house, an installer works around whatever exists. On a project, we get to choose: where the pipe runs hide, which corner becomes the plant room, how the outdoor unit sits so nobody ever hears it. That freedom is worth real money over the life of the house — and it only exists before the screed is poured. Because we're the climate division of a renovation company, reading drawings and slotting into a build programme is home turf for us. Send over the plans of your chalet or vivienda unifamiliar and we'll come back with a complete aerotermia design and a fixed written price.
A new build gives you exactly one chance to put every pipe where it belongs. Our six stages are timed to the construction calendar, so the heat pump work never holds up the builder — and the builder never buries something we'll need later.
We read the drawings and calculate heating, cooling and hot water needs per room.
You receive the schematic, equipment list and one fixed figure for the whole package.
While the walls are open we run circuits, drains and conduits alongside the builder.
Hydraulic module, ACS cylinder and manifolds go into the space reserved on the plans.
The unit lands on its base and gets a dedicated, properly protected supply.
We fill, pressure-test, tune the heating curve and walk you through every control.
A self-build parcela in Bétera and a developer townhouse in Sagunto call for very different machines. These are the six kinds of project that cross our desk most weeks.
Your architect, your parcela, your rules — we join at drawing stage and design the whole system in.
Mas Camarena, Torre en Conill and similar zones, where underfloor plus pool is the standard brief.
Upgrading the promoter's basic spec to a properly sized system before you sign the escritura.
Strip-to-shell renovations where the system goes in alongside our parent company's building crews.
Retiring gasoil boilers and electric heaters in villas built through the 90s and 2000s.
App-controlled comfort for owners who want the pool warm before their flight lands.
Retrofitting a heat pump means negotiating with walls that already exist. Designing one into obra nueva means the underfloor circuits match the room layout, the cylinder sits beside the bathrooms it feeds, and the outdoor unit lands where neither you nor the neighbours will ever notice it. Today's building code also nudges new homes toward exactly this technology — a house built to current energy standards runs at the gentle loads a heat pump loves.
Most HVAC firms meet a house when it's already finished. We grew up inside a renovation company, so drawings, site meetings and build programmes are our native language — and it shows in how smoothly the aerotermia lands in your project.
Aerotermia for New Builds
& Villas in Valencia
Plenty of villas around Valencia were built decades before heat pumps went mainstream — a gasoil tank in the garage, electric heaters upstairs, a butano water heater tucked behind the kitchen. The good news: a chalet has the two things a conversion needs most, garden space for the outdoor unit and room for a proper cylinder. We phase the changeover so the family never runs out of hot water along the way.
A new-build system rarely travels alone — these are its most frequent companions on our order book.
The default emitter for obra nueva — circuits laid before the screed, warm floors ever after.
Photovoltaics feed the heat pump, so the sun ends up warming your floors and your pool.
The core service in detail — survey, sizing, installation and commissioning explained.
Monobloc or split hydronic? The hardware choice sitting behind every villa system.
Fitting out a local for your business too? The same engineering, scaled for premises.
Whether you typed aerotermia para obra nueva, aerotermia chalet or aerotermia vivienda unifamiliar, you've landed on the team that does precisely this work across the Valencia area. We present proposals in Spanish or English, coordinate happily with Spanish-speaking architects and constructoras, and keep the paperwork clear for everyone on the project — including the bank financing it.
A compact townhouse and a four-bedroom chalet with a pool are different projects, so their quotes should look different. These are the levers that actually set the number — and your fixed written quote itemises every one that applies to your build.
Most of our new-build work clusters north of the city, where the cranes are: the modern urbanisations of Mas Camarena and Torre en Conill in Bétera, and Paterna's newer neighbourhoods of Valterna and Lloma Llarga, where underfloor plus heat pump has quietly become the default spec. Up the coast, Sagunto's growing residential zones and the family homes of Puçol and El Puig keep our design team busy, while La Pobla de Vallbona draws the self-builders with bigger plots. Wherever the parcela sits, the survey visit is free and the quote is fixed.
Local Insight
Ask a northern European what heating design means and they'll describe the coldest week of winter. Here the logic inverts: a well-insulated obra nueva near Valencia sails through January, but a wall of south-facing glass can turn the living room into a greenhouse by mid-afternoon in July. So when we mark up a set of drawings, we spend as long on shading, glazing and gentle floor cooling as on the heating curve — sizing the aerotermia for the month that will genuinely test it. Get August right at the design stage and the rest of the year becomes a rounding error.

Highly recommended. A serious and trustworthy company with high-level professionals who really know what they're doing. The prices are reasonable and fair.
Excellent plumber! Completed the installation quickly, professionally and neatly. Arrived on time, did everything professionally, gave useful recommendations and explained everything clearly.
Hired this company for renovation — very satisfied. They stuck to the timeline, the team was polite and careful. Minor questions came up during work, but they solved them quickly without unnecessary disputes.
As early as you can — ideally while the architect is still drawing. At that stage the plant room, pipe runs, underfloor circuits and the outdoor unit's position cost nothing to move. Once walls are plastered, every one of those decisions gets more expensive, so we prefer to mark up the plans before the first brick is laid.
Broadly, yes. The current CTE sets demanding energy-efficiency and renewable-energy requirements for obra nueva, and an air-to-water heat pump is the simplest mainstream way to meet them while covering heating, cooling and hot water. We keep to the practical side and supply your architect with the technical data they need for the project documentation.
In a villa, that combination is exactly where the technology shines. The underfloor circuits handle winter warmth and gentle summer cooling, fan coils can top up the hottest rooms, and the pool gets its own heat pump or a dedicated exchanger so a long swim never steals your hot shower. We design the hydraulics so each load is served without fighting the others.
Less than most people expect. A hydraulic module and a family-sized hot water cylinder typically fit in a utility-room corner about the footprint of a wardrobe — what matters more is drainage, ventilation and clear access for servicing. Tell us early and we'll mark the exact reservation on your plans.
Yes, and we enjoy it. Square Meter Air grew out of a renovation company, so working to a construction programme is normal for us: we supply specifications, attend site meetings, do the first-fix pipework when the builder needs it and return for the finished installation when the house is ready.
Almost always. Villas from the 1990s and 2000s around Valencia often run on gasoil boilers or a patchwork of electric heaters, and they usually have the garden space that makes an outdoor unit easy to place. We survey the emitters, the hot water demand and the electrics, then quote the conversion in writing before any equipment is ordered.
The whole northern development belt: Mas Camarena and Torre en Conill in Bétera, Valterna and Lloma Llarga in Paterna, plus Sagunto, Puçol, El Puig, Rafelbunyol, Massamagrell, La Pobla de Vallbona and self-build plots across the province. If your parcela is somewhere else, send us the location — we travel.
WhatsApp us a floor plan, a plot reference or even the estate agent's listing. We'll tell you what system the house wants, where the plant room should go and what the whole package costs — in writing, with no obligation, anywhere in the Valencia area.
