Who we are
This website, squaremeterair.es, is operated by Square Meter Air, the climate division of Square Meter Renovations, based at Saragossa 24, Torrent, Valencia, Spain. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at info@squaremeter.es or +34 722 65 29 79.
What data we collect
We only collect data that you choose to give us:
- Contact form: name, email, phone number, service needed and project details, submitted when you request a quote.
- WhatsApp and phone: if you message or call us directly, we receive whatever WhatsApp or your phone carrier shares with us (e.g. your number).
- Cookie/consent choice: a small technical entry stored in your browser (not a tracking cookie) so we remember whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies, so we don't ask again on every visit.
Cookies used on this site
squaremeterair.es currently does not set any advertising or analytics cookies. The only data stored in your browser is the consent choice above, kept in local storage (a technology similar to cookies, used purely to remember your preference on this device). If we introduce optional tools such as visit analytics in the future, they will be switched on only after you actively accept them in the cookie banner — you can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer of every page.
Third-party services
This site relies on a small number of external services to function:
- Formspree – processes submissions from our contact form so we can reply to your enquiry. See Formspree’s privacy policy.
- Google Maps – powers the embedded map on our Contacts page and is governed by Google’s own privacy policy.
- WhatsApp (Meta) – if you use our WhatsApp link, your conversation is governed by Meta’s own privacy policy.
All fonts, images and scripts used to display this site are hosted on our own server — we do not load fonts or trackers from third-party providers.
Why we process your data
We process contact-form data based on your consent (submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to aerotermia and heat pump enquiries in Valencia. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting project, and is deleted when no longer necessary unless we are required by law (e.g. invoicing) to keep it longer.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and Spanish data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@squaremeter.es. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Changes to this policy
We will update this page whenever what we collect or how we use it changes — for example, if we add analytics cookies in the future. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
