System Size & Heat Loss
Heated area, ceiling heights, insulation and window quality decide how many kilowatts the unit must deliver on the coldest week of the Valencian year.
Emitters

A modern air-to-water heat pump typically turns one kilowatt-hour of electricity into three or four kilowatt-hours of heat, and Valencia’s mild winters keep it working near its best for the whole season. Why is there no price list on this page?
Because two identical-looking homes can need very different systems. Insulation, emitters, hot water demand and access change the equipment and the labour, so a generic figure would either mislead you or pad our margin. A survey plus a fixed written quote protects both sides.
Is the survey and quote really free?
Yes — the visit, the measurements and the itemised written quote cost nothing and commit you to nothing. You receive the quote within one business day of the survey.
Can the price change after I accept the quote?
No. The signed quote is the price you pay. If something genuinely unforeseeable appears during the work, we pause, explain it and agree any change in writing before anything continues.
Can you give me a rough idea from photos?
Often, yes. Send WhatsApp photos of your current boiler or water heater, the space where an outdoor unit could go, and your approximate floor area — we’ll tell you which system types make sense before anyone visits.
Do grants reduce what I pay you?
When a programme is open and your project qualifies, support is either deducted or reimbursed depending on how that scheme works. We check what is live at quote time and explain the mechanics for your specific case — no promises we can’t verify.
